FEATURES
1. This machine adopts spiral filling pump. It can be used to fill any kind of fluid with different concentrations and higher viscosity fluid in high speed.
We also offer custom-built multi-nozzle filling machine.
2. The spiral type filling machine adopts an eccentric screw. Its ensuring filling accuracy is down to very small. This filling system made with easy access to make adjustment for different filling volume by the LCD touch screen controller. To change the selecting time and speed, and the filling volume will be changed.
P.S. The piston-type filling machine is a traditional filler. The filling volume adjustment range is relatively small and limited.
3. Not only being applicable to any concentrations of fluid, this machine can be used in tubes and containers of different openings. Its filling speed and filling capacity from 30cc-1000cc are all adjustable. |
